Special thank you to Diane & Jerry; and Wes Lee for inviting me to give a presentation at the Salon. What a wonderful gathering of creative beings! I am posting the video of the presentation.
If you weren’t there, watch the program; I gave a two hour program in about 20 minutes; and did a ‘group balance’.
At the end I had three people come up and specifically share how they felt better, pain was relieved, happy feelings where worry was previously… so I say, ‘Never underestimate the power of sound, color, frequency and spirit.” And if all that can happen in a 4 minutes group process, imagine what might happen on a one to one full sixty minute session. I will upload the video of the program and hopefully get the link added here but I wanted to post this. Also, I’ll be posting some of the images of the new ‘Manifest Anything 2018 Rainbow Light Photo Calendar’. If you haven’t purchased yours yet… NOW is the time! And, I put the new and full moon dates onto the calendar so you’ll have a heads up to get extra grounded. Remember the full moon and new moon.. brings out lunacy in all.. I was just talking to the fire chief, x-cop who lives across the stress from me. I specifically asked him a few days ago about that – ‘as a cop, did you notice anything with police calls during those times. He said. ‘Absolutely’. Theres both a clear increase in crime on the Full Moon and types of calls are more severe. The flip side for ‘us’ is that if we can meditate together via phone or internet on the new and full moons, we collectively create and project a powerful calming effect to our neighborhoods and possibly around the planet. What’s the big deal about Summer Solstice? Its a day celebrated throughout history in cultures around the world. But what is it and does it really impact you?
Solstice is a time of shift, change of seasons, Spring into Summer or Fall into Winter. People get naked and frolic in various ways! Ohh-la-la! ( Just checking to see if I still have your attention!)
Technically the planet is traveling on its path around the Sun and the Earth is tilted on an axis. So were’re talking about a relationship between the Earth and the Sun and the life giving light that we receive. Simply put, Summer Solstice is the one day that has the most amount of daytime/daylight for the whole year in that hemisphere. Scientists recognize this day. Spiritualists and various religious groups acknowledge it both physically and symbolically.
We have the most illumination (light) TODAY and tomorrow (depending on where you are on this planet).
You can take advantage of this ‘energy’. Here’s how: Take a few minutes to be quiet, close your eyes as in a meditation and relax your body. Check inside with your own inner spiritual connection to source; do some soul searching. Next, write down your goals, intentions, dreams and desires for at least the next six months. Review what you set into motion at the beginning of the year. Review and Set Intentions and Goals.
The universe rewards action. Do it. Make it a priority for today or tomorrow.
Use your imagination and inner smile to imagine the end results with positive emotions.
