the ‘ONE’ most important thing


Its the underlying key to Spiritual Growth, Healing, Manifesting and Meditation.  This morning I was listening to an Allen Watts lecture about SILENCE. I was reminded that THE most important thing about meditation IS –  SILENCE!  And his explanation of how to tap into that silence was very interesting, although it took an hour long talk.  I’ll go into that more during the Q & A part of the live meditation call later today. ( I leave guided meditation phone calls every New & Full Moon and its quite an honor to know that people from every continent (well, not sure about Antartica) but even people on ships in the ocean have called into the live phone gatherings.)    Sunday, 3/12/17 @ 5pm Pacific

Wow, I am SO grateful to be reminded.  Sometimes I think – ‘how could I forget that?’   I taught ‘Universal Law, Science & Philosophy’ through the Walter Russell Home Study Course for several years; way back in the 1980’s.  All these years of teaching consciousness work full time.  I KNOW that silence has been key to the rapid positive growth people report through my work.  And, I have to say, I hate to admit it, the last six months or so I’ve left out the quiet part of the live guided meditations!  I’m told that they are still wonderful, powerful – but I also know there are different kinds of meditations and a wide range of results depending on what level of mind/body/spirit connections have been made.

So, OOOPS!   And, as good as they may have been, I’m moving back to integrating that SILENCE into the guided programs offered about every 14 days.

So, if you choose to join me today or anytime in the future, know that there will probably be at least a two minute period of QUIET where I will not be speaking.   If you call in half way through and you don’t hear anything – quickly close your eyes, sit up straight, relax your body, focus on your breathe and listen.   Observe any thoughts or feelings in your body or mind as if you were listening to birds chattering.  Practice no attachment,  no judgement about any ongoing chatter that may be going on in your head….just allow your brain to slow down and move to a still, quiet place.    The rest of the process – I will lead you through.

For those of you who do get on the meditation call at the beginning – thank you – I promise to create that group energy that many of you have commented on.  Yes, it is real.

Today, the focus is SILENCE.   In that silence is the potential of all things.  Its the source of our real power.  Its unconditional love.
